Issues with unboxing Shengyu compressors

A few Shengyu compressors have been assembled into skids. However, the components listed on the packing list cannot be verified; when opening the package, one can only check the appearance, as it’s impossible to count each item inside. How do you conduct inspections in this situation? The construction company is worried that items might be missing, while the manufacturer, with its warranty, is afraid that you will blame them if something goes missing. The key is ShenGu Niu; it’s not even certain whether a warranty will be issued, and they don’t care either if the items can be counted or not. No advice either. If not specified, it is considered the default.
How can one dare to cooperate without even this much trust?
I forgot to mention that the equipment was unpacked on site, and it was delivered directly to the construction party right after unpacking. The problem is that no one will listen to advice. Do you have any good ideas? Also, the details listed on the packing list are quite specific; it would be simpler if only one set of machinery were mentioned.
The acceptance of the equipment should be carried out jointly by the owner and the construction party; if the equipment is missing parts, the equipment manufacturer should be notified to confirm this.

Our company owns several compressors manufactured by SHENGU; each one was inspected individually upon delivery by the manufacturer, and it was found that the number of spare parts did not match what was listed. After some negotiations, the missing parts were provided. If the inventory is not done carefully, spare parts may be missing during installation; the processing process also takes time, and such shortages can affect the progress of the project installation.

The manufacturer, the owner, and the construction party conduct a joint inventory check; any items that are missing are identified and replenished accordingly. For example, the construction party is responsible for opening the boxes, the manufacturer is responsible for counting them, while the owner is responsible for keeping records of the counts.
They are all subjected to mechanical operation tests before leaving the factory, and the customer should have witnessed the entire testing process; therefore, there should be no major issues with the internal components of the compressor. Of course, if you are concerned, you can disassemble it and reinstall it. You mainly need to count the peripheral accessories.
:) Our workshop also uses Shengyu compressors, but I haven’t encountered the problem mentioned by the original poster, because by the time we finished training, the machines had already been installed for the most part. :L
