Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanics or any other field related to heat exchanger products. At least 10 years of work experience in the mechanical industry. Familiar with engineering, tooling, welding, and maintenance processes. Knowledge of methods such as PFMEA, PFC, CP, and APQP is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. At least 5 years of work experience in foreign companies, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Are there companies that specialize in heat exchangers? ?
Chart? Or GEA or Alfa Laval? The benefits are just average; it probably won’t be able to attract those experts in mechanical engineering from the forum
What do PFMEA, PFC, CP, and APQP stand for? There are so many abbreviations these days
It’s impossible to find a suitable candidate for this position without a salary of 40K.
