Our company has manufactured no less than 100 of those **small low-temperature storage tanks and vertical tanks**. But the problem of evacuating the interlayer has always been a challenge; I hope everyone can share their insights. Just a preliminary note: it took over half a month to evacuate a 150 M3 storage tank! ! ! ! Leak detection – no leaks. Pearl sand; it’s hot sand at 80 degrees during filling! Let’s take a look at what other ideological issues there are.
I’m here to learn; please don’t be offended. I learned for the first time that the insulation layer of a cryogenic storage tank needs to be evacuated, similar to a thermos bottle.
Is the vacuum pump too small or is the flow conductivity of the piping too low? It should be 100; isn’t it true that the required vacuum level is not reached until after half a month?
Half a month is considered a relatively quick turnaround; for large containers or those that can’t be removed, it sometimes takes 2 months. The manager keeps complaining every time he sees it
The time is also reasonable; not to mention 150 cubic meters, even for 60 cubic meters, 10 days is acceptable.
Can’t we buy two larger vacuum pumps? 2 months is terrible.
