May I ask how to determine the location for side-chain alkyne extraction from butadiene, as well as the amount of side-chain extraction and the extraction temperature?……
The side draw rate should be determined based on the acetylene content in the pyrolyzed C4 feed and the amount of liquid feed to the stripping tower; this should be specified in the operating procedures, as the conditions vary from one plant to another, making it difficult to provide specific figures； Regarding the side extraction temperature, it needs to be determined based on the design conditions and through analysis of relevant data. If the temperature is too high, alkynes will move upward, which can result in the product containing unacceptable levels of alkynes; if the temperature is too low, it can lead to losses of butadiene ；
