Describe the coal feeding process of the Luchie furnace?
1) When the “coal lock empty” signal is generated for the coal lock temperature, close the lower valve of the coal lock; 2) Open the coal lock pressure relief valve; check for leaks at the lower valve of the coal lock – if no leak is detected, proceed with pressure relief ; 3) The pressure in the coal lock was reduced to 3.2 MPa; a leak check was performed, and no leak alarm was detected, so the pressure continued to be lowered ; 4) The pressure in the coal lock is reduced to (coal lock/environmental pressure difference) ≤ 0.002 MPa; the pressure relief is complete ; 5) The top valve of the coal lock is opened, as well as the coal chute valve; coal feeding begins ; 6) Within 50 seconds, if the detection sound disappears, an “coal chute blockage” alarm is issued and the cycle stops ; The coal chute valve is closed, and circulation has stopped ; The detection sound remains active, with no alarms, until the coal lock level reaches a high value (70%), at which point the chute valve closes ; 7) Alarm when the coal lock is full (reached 70%), close the top valve of the coal lock ; 8) Open the coal lock pressure filling valve to start pressurization. Within 5 seconds, the coal lock pressure △P < 0.2 MPa; the valve closes and the cycle stops ; Within 5 seconds, the coal lock pressure P must be ≥0.2 MPa; the pressure filling valve remains open to continue pressurization ; 9) The pressure in the coal lock was increased to 0.9 MPa; a leak check was performed on the top valve of the coal lock, with no alarms detected, and the PV1 valve opened ; 10) When the coal lock pressure drops to 0.10 MPa below the pressure of the gas being fed, the primary valve closes ; The secondary pressure charging valve opens ; 11) The pressurization is completed when the pressure difference △P between the coal lock and the gasifier is < 0.02 MPa. From opening UV-211CH012 to the end of pressurization ; 12) The coal lock bottom valve opens; all of them should be open within 10 seconds. A signal is generated when coal is being added, otherwise an alarm is issued if the coal lock bottom valves are not fully open. 13) Keep the coal lock bottom valve open; once the circulation is complete, wait until the coal lock is empty before starting the next cycle.
