The so-called EPC management can be divided into at least three departments: the design department, the construction department, and the procurement department. At the senior level, there are project managers, site managers, construction managers, design managers, procurement managers, etc. There are also supervisors for various design specialties, as well as specialists in areas such as construction, quality control, safety, planning and management, labor affairs, and supply chain – all of whom work under the procurement department. Additionally, EPC management typically involves overseeing many subcontractors, which often requires a specialized contract management department as well as a cost control department
