Alarm: Exhaust temperature is too high as the pressure of the air compressor has not yet reached the set value
The oil filter, water cooling system, and air filter have all been checked and are in good condition
Check the air cooler to see if there is any blockage in the water-side pipe inlet.
If the pressure isn’t sufficient, it means the compressor is operating under low load; when the compressed gas returns and is compressed again, the temperature rises significantly. High temperatures are likely to occur during operation at low load. I’m not sure under what conditions your compressor is working
Is it the high temperature at the outlet of the screw compressor? I’ve checked it and everything seems fine. Could it be caused by the program?
It shouldn’t be; it’s just that a overheating alarm went off suddenly during normal operation
