In September 2015, Sichuan Zhongke Glass Co., Ltd. purchased our company’s 2200/93 type pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation equipment, and the two parties successfully signed a supply agreement for this project. Sichuan Zhongke Glass Co., Ltd. mainly produces and operates high-end glass bottles for baijiu. Previously, Beida Pioneer has installed multiple VPSA oxygen generation systems for the glass industry, in applications such as glass furnaces and fiberglass furnaces. This project marks the first time that our company has provided VPSA oxygen generation units for high-end liquor glass bottle furnace production lines; it is also the first time in this sector that pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation technology is used to enable full-oxygen combustion in furnaces. The successful signing of this project will further expand our company’s presence in the niche market of glass furnaces. In recent years, the VPSA oxygen production equipment built by Beida Pioneer for the glass and fiberglass industry has all employed a radial bed process, which features low energy consumption and excellent operational performance. By providing high-quality services to its clients, it has become the preferred supplier of pressure swing adsorption technology in this industry.

The fact that Beida Pioneer has taken on this project from Zhongke proves that it is capable of handling such tasks; after all, corporate development should be focused on the long term, rather than short-term gains.
