You can search on the forum. . Steel-aluminum transition joint. . I’ve said it many times already. Those produced domestically have unstable quality and are not very good. We mainly use Asahi Kasei from Japan and T+C from France
French T+C’s stainless steel and aluminum joints are manufactured using the friction welding process, while Japan’s Asahi Kasei employs the explosive welding process. In terms of price, T+C is the most expensive option; however, its steel-aluminum joints have a longer end face length, which makes it less likely for overheating to occur during welding, thus reducing the welding difficulty compared to Asahi Kasei’s products.
