Hello, everyone! There are two tanks for triphenyls each in Zone 3, for a total of 6 tanks. According to the regulations and guidelines issued by the environmental protection and safety supervision authorities in 2014, it is required that an oil and gas recovery system be installed for environmental reasons. However, Document No. 3 [2014] 68 issued by the Safety Supervision Department stipulates that the practice of using common exhaust gas pipelines for multiple storage tanks must be stopped immediately. The question now is: what kind of recovery system should be installed to meet these requirements, and how should it be designed so as to pass the safety assessments? If common exhaust gas recovery pipelines are to be used, how can they meet the safety standards? I would appreciate some guidance from experts. After all, it’s not possible to have a separate recovery system for each tank, right? Hehe.
Is this the same as the gasoline vent on a gas station? The vent pipes of tanks No. 93 and No. 97 can be connected!
What was the reason behind issuing this document by the safety supervision department? Is it because there is a fear that one tank catching fire could ignite the others? If that’s the case, then a vent pipe cannot be used. It seems that there can only be one tank per oil and gas recovery system, which is very expensive!
