There are several instrument signals that need to run through the cable trench; it is adjacent to the electrical cable trench, but each signal cable will be enclosed in a sleeve. Could everyone let me know if there will be any interference, and to what extent? Thank you
There is some interference; strong electric currents generate electromagnetic fields that can interfere with the signals. It is recommended to block in between!

There should be interference. Theoretically, using shielded wires and ensuring proper grounding when passing through metal pipes can help prevent interference, but running them alongside high-voltage circuits does not meet regulatory requirements. In case of problems, it can be difficult to determine whether they are caused by interference; therefore, it is better not to run them together.

Let’s create a project in which the signal wires for the instruments and the electrical wiring share the same cable trench, just on different layers. The result has a significant impact on communication signals, rendering them essentially unable to function properly, and it also has some effect on ordinary analog signals. The solution adopted later was to add metal tubes.
It can be arranged vertically or horizontally in the cable trench, enclosed in conduits, using shielded wires and grounded; a distance of over 200 mm between strong current and weak current circuits is sufficient, which generally eliminates any issues
