Does the net weight of the container indicated on the nameplate of the “Solid Content Regulations” products include the weight of the container’s ladder platform?

Clause 1.6.1 of the Fixed Volume Regulations provides a clear definition of the scope of the container’s body. According to the description, it is clear that the ladder platform is not included in the net weight of the container.
The nameplate may not provide specific details; it is necessary to consult the drawings. Generally, the blueprints include a weight table, and notes are provided regarding the net weight, indicating whether the weight includes that of any additional attachments.
Is it really necessary to be so pedantic? The net weight of the container indicated on the nameplate is generally filled in according to the weight specified in the assembly diagram, without taking into account the weight of attachments such as ladders.
If it’s on your as-built drawings, it should be added together.
I think this thing should be available, as it’s a permanently connected component; if we include it, it shouldn’t be a big problem – it’s only a few hundred kilograms
