During testing, it was found that the horizontal vibration of the motor was above the acceptable level, while the vertical vibration was within normal limits. Meanwhile, the horizontal vibration of the pump was normal, but its vertical vibration was above the acceptable level. What could be the causes of this?
The radial, axial readings and the distance between the two couplings for the motor and water pump calibration are within normal ranges; if they are within normal limits, there may be a problem with the water pump shaft.
Generally, for vibration issues, alignment must be adjusted; when large motors are in operation, there is a backlash, so care should be taken during adjustment.

The alignment check has been done, and there are no issues.
Disconnect the coupling and rotate the motor manually to check if there are any issues with the motor base, then examine the alignment. Note by how much the vibration of the pump in the vertical direction is greater than that in the horizontal direction; check the pump foundation before proceeding. Actually, it would be much simpler if you could collect the spectrum.
