Since the screening mesh is constantly under deformation, during operation it is easy for the screening bars to fall off and drop into the coal slurry tank, thereby threatening the safe operation of the coal slurry feed pump (similar problems have occurred in some operational projects). Therefore, in my project, taking into account the operating conditions of other projects and the need for reliability, I am considering whether it is necessary to install a secondary drum screen in addition to the primary one How are the secondary drum screens from various manufacturers performing? What are the difficulties in operation? What kind of effect can it achieve?
