I think of him when I'm quiet! I once loved someone. Love, hate, pain – it’s all over now! Think about the pain of those memories. Perhaps, it’s not him she longs for, but that pure, beautiful, and pitiful love! We once loved certain people; in our love, we regarded every moment together as lasting forever, and temporary affection as a love that would last a lifetime. Thus we made promises, hoping to hold hands with them and spend the rest of our lives happily together! Then everything disappeared, and finally we understood how rare a thing everlasting love is, and how mysterious and fragile happiness really is! I used to really love listening to a song, an extremely old song; I liked its lyrics. Perhaps it also captures my best mood at the moment; it’s also dedicated to those who are constantly navigating through love! Water flows of its own accord, clouds move on their own, sorrow arises without reason, people grow old without cause, flowers fall on their own, and one has to endure things helplessly. Heartless promises, heartless waste of time; heartlessness like a lock, heartless decisions, heartless pain, a heartless flame. I have no regrets for having loved; I have no regrets for having been infatuated. I have no regrets for the withering of leaves and the thinning of branches, no regrets for my persistence, no regrets for my waiting – no regrets that it’s now too late to turn back. No regrets, tears flow in abundance; no regrets, dreams have shattered; no regrets, the cold moon over the empty house; no regrets, love is drifting away; no regrets, fate has moved on; no regrets, having lived this life. Whether love will remain the same or not, who can foresee what will happen tomorrow? As for whether our love will endure or not, who can know what will happen in the future! Are those sweet words really just sweet words after all? ! ! !
