Experts analyze the debugging method of conveying equipment. The conveyor belt is the key equipment of the conveying system, and its safe and stable operation directly affects production operations. Deviation of the conveyor belt is the most common fault of the belt conveyor, and timely and accurate handling is the guarantee for its safe and stable operation. There are many phenomena and causes of misalignment. Different adjustment methods must be adopted according to different phenomena and causes of misalignment in order to effectively solve the problem. Based on many years of field practice and from the user's perspective, mechanical principles are used to analyze and explain the causes and treatment methods of such failures in conveying equipment. The vertical error between the installation position of the load-bearing roller group of the conveying equipment and the center line of the conveyor is large, causing the conveyor belt to deviate in one direction in the load-bearing section. When the conveyor belt of the conveyor equipment runs forward, it gives the roller a forward traction force Fq. This traction force is decomposed into a component force Fz that rotates the roller and a transverse component Fc. This transverse component force causes the roller to move axially. Since the fixed roller of the roller bracket cannot move axially, it will inevitably produce a reaction force Fy on the conveyor belt, which will move the conveyor belt to the other side, thus causing deviation. When installing and debugging conveyor equipment, you must pay attention to details.
Aren’t there adjustment screws on both sides of the conveyor belt?
