Before the shutdown for maintenance, C5 was at almost 0. During the maintenance, only the partition plates were removed for cleaning. After resuming operation, and by adjusting the parameters as before, C5 managed to reach 15%; the lowest value observed was 8%, with normal levels around 10%. Measures taken included reducing the temperature at the bottom of the stabilizer tower, increasing pressure, lowering the temperature at the top of the tower, and increasing the reflux rate (the reflux rate was reduced again due to concerns of flooding the tower). The feed inlet was also modified. In short, every possible method was tried, but there was still no improvement. I wonder if any of you have encountered such a situation – how did you resolve it? Could it be that the partition board wasn’t secured properly, causing it to collapse?
Maybe the channel board has fallen off; if that’s the case, cut out the stabilizer and have it inspected
Was the channel panel forgotten to be installed?
How could you possibly forget everything? This kind of situation wouldn’t occur if only one layer wasn’t installed. Are there any errors in your test results?

Generally, the principle we follow for adjusting quality here is to consider what adjustments have been made before With all other conditions unchanged, restore the parameter or device that was recently modified to see if there is any improvement!
Has a long time passed? Is it because the quality of the raw materials used for processing is particularly poor, causing the downcomers to get clogged? Or, as everyone else has said, the channel plates were not installed properly when reassembling, which led to them being knocked over.
It’s not that the properties are poor; rather, they’re too good. The yield of liquefied gas is 18%. I’m not sure if this is related to the issues that occurred in the previous reaction units. Our capacity is 500,000 units. Some time ago, they thought the instruments were broken, and as a result, they added over 30 tons of fresh reagent. The catalyst’s activity is around 38
It’s probably a problem with vapor-liquid equilibrium; the temperature in the degradation tower is too low. Check the inlet of the stabilizer feed as well
If it suddenly gets worse, it’s possible that the internal components have shifted out of place. If there is a trend toward improvement after making adjustments, you can try again; if there’s no significant effect, then stop and carry out maintenance
