We have a gauge pressure transmitter on site, and the installation company messed up its zero point setting. Let’s see how we can adjust the zero point correctly

Do I need to adjust the zero point of the gauge pressure? Reset it to factory settings – there’s no other solution. If it works, that’s good; if not, the same approach applies

Is there any equipment that can draw a 0? That’s too idealistic. Reset to factory settings to resolve the issue directly
Restoring to factory settings is a good option
Drawing a “0” is only relative. If you are measuring at the 1 mbar (=1 hPa) level, then by pumping it down to the Pa level, it can be considered as “0” ; If it is measured at the 1 Pa level, by pumping it down to the 10^(-2) Pa level, it can be considered as “0”. There is definitely no absolute “0”.
Are you just performing a zero calibration, if the range size doesn’t change? I do have a suggestion: you can calibrate a measurement value within the allowable range of the scale. Zero is accurate too. It can also be explained in principle.
That’s also a good idea; I’d like to give it a try by resetting it to factory settings to see how it works
