The eye washer is installed on-site, with a concrete, grating plate, and steel plate as the base surface. For grating plates and steel plates, eyewash stations can be installed directly on them. As for concrete, many customers are asking whether a foundation is required for the installation of eye wash stations I have checked the relevant standards for eye wash stations, and there is no mention that eye wash stations must have a base.

Does this document specify how high the foundation needs to be? Please provide it, so I don’t have to go look for the file
This is how it’s installed in many sites; I saw on a foreigner-related project in Shandong that they built a base for the eye wash stations, with a height of around 30 mm. Once, on a project in Sichuan, it was probably for laying the foundation of other equipment; the height was 200 mm, which is too high
