Journal Introduction: In environmental science, the environment is generally considered to be the space surrounding human populations, as well as the totality of various natural factors that can directly or indirectly affect human life and development. However, some believe that in addition to natural factors, the environment should also include relevant social factors. In environmental protection practices around the world, the elements of the environment that need to be protected—such as the atmosphere, water, land, minerals, forests, grasslands, wild animals and plants, scenic areas, nature reserves, residential areas, etc.—are often referred to as the environment. However, the environment is not limited to these elements alone. Responsible organization: China Iron and Steel Association. Submissions should have clear arguments, reliable data, rigorous logic, and concise writing. Each paper must include a title, author names, author’s institution, location of the institution along with postal code, an abstract and keywords, the main text, references, as well as brief profiles of the first author and corresponding author (usually the supervisor), including name, gender, professional title, date of birth, degrees held, and current job and research areas. At the bottom of the first page of the manuscript, indicate any project or funding source (with its number) that is supporting the research; if none, state so. 2. The paper abstract should be written as a narrative summary, including four aspects: purpose, methods, results, and conclusions (about 100 words). It should be independent and self-contained. Keywords should be standard words or combinations that are relevant to the content of the text (3–5 keywords). 3. The length of the manuscript (including figures and tables) should generally not exceed 5,000 words, with each page containing no more than 2,500 words. For the use of quantities and units in this text, please refer to the latest standards for legal measurement units in the People’s Republic of China. Foreign characters must have their uppercase and lowercase forms distinguished, as well as their italic and regular styles; upper and lower subscripts should also be clearly differentiated. 4. The figures and tables in the text should be self-explanatory. No more than 2 images are allowed; the images must be clear with distinct layers. 5. The citation format for references should use the sequential numbering system; please number them in the order they appear in the text. The cited literature must be the most important publicly published works that the author has directly read and referred to. For materials that are not publicly available but need to be cited, use footnotes to indicate them; at least 3 references are required. 6. Do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals. After receiving the manuscript, it will be reviewed within 5 working days, and the author will be replied to via email. Key articles will be sent to peer experts for review. If you do not receive a notice of acceptance within 10 days (those with special needs may receive a paper acceptance letter), please contact the headquarters for confirmation. 7. The author is responsible for the content of their submitted articles. All authors must have no objections to the content of the manuscript and the authorship list, and the content must not be plagiarized or published elsewhere. The editorial board has the right to make technical and textual revisions to submitted manuscripts. One page of the magazine holds approximately 2,500 words, while two pages hold around 5,000 words. The author should specify the number of pages, the publication date, and whether an expedited processing is required, etc., in the email submission. 8. Please keep a backup copy by the author; the office will not return the manuscript. 9. Once the paper is published, 1–2 copies of the current issue will be provided as a gift; those who need them by courier should contact the headquarters. 10. Please include at the end of the manuscript the name, work institution, detailed address, phone number (including mobile), postal code, and other information of the contact person for further communication.
