Dear teachers: After the welding of the bottom plate of the newly constructed 50,000 cubic meter crude oil storage tank was completed, the tank walls had not yet been welded, and the entire mid-span plate failed to make effective contact with the asphalt sand foundation; it remained largely in a suspended state.
