Our factory is using six Cologne radar level gauges this time. When setting the parameters, we found that the screens did not function properly; they would freeze halfway through the setup process, and it took several power disconnections before it was possible to complete the settings. Switching between languages was even more difficult. Is this a quality issue? We seek advice from experts.
This is likely a quality issue; contact the manufacturer to resolve it.
Try setting it to 375 or 475 to see if it works. . It seems to have high usage requirements. .
There are six in total. Only tank V0102B has had all its liquid level settings completed; the other 3 units are stuck on the bar chart showing the empty spectrum detection results, 1 unit is stuck on the screen asking whether to save the spectrum detection data, and 1 unit has no display at all. Cologne’s screen settings are simply inhumane; I’ll just buy an E+H from now on!
Could the poster mention the model of the instrument and the operating environment? Perhaps this will help solve the problem better
Haha, the user interface is still quite humane
If all six units are like this at the same time, it’s unlikely to be a quality issue; please check more carefully
It’s best to call the manufacturer. But if all 6 units are like this, Cologne can’t be that bad, right? . . . . . This is my personal opinion for reference only.
