Fixed-point thickness measurement for chemical process pipelines

Our factory is new, and now chemical pipelines require regular thickness measurements at specified points, in order to facilitate the calculation of the pipeline’s corrosion rate and its safety level in the future. I would like to know if there are any standards regarding fixed-point thickness measurement, specifically what requirements apply to the selection of these points? How to achieve those things?
Divide equally by length; it can be 5 meters per section
