How to write welding procedure cards, welding procedure specifications, and welding procedure qualification reports? Is there a fixed format? I really don’t understand at all; please give me some guidance.

Buy a combined edition of NB/T47014, NB/T47015, and NB/T47016, study it carefully, and first complete the welding procedure qualification in light of the company’s actual conditions. If the company’s welding procedure qualification has been completed, borrow it from the document room to take a look. Prepare the product’s welding procedure card or welding procedure guide based on the company’s welding procedure qualification. If the company has not conducted welding procedure qualification, the workload will be quite large.

All of the things you mentioned should be available in your organization’s control form sheets; otherwise, there is a problem with your system
