Are there any requirements regarding the displacement in secondary stress? I’ve done some tests on pipes and the secondary stress results came out as acceptable, but the displacement values are quite high; it doesn’t seem right to me. I hope experts can help provide an explanation

Displacement stress and displacement are two different concepts; if your secondary stress is within acceptable limits, then there’s no problem with the secondary stress (provided that your model is correct). Regarding displacement, you need to consider whether the pipe supports might slide off the beam, or whether they could collide with other pipes or structures; if there are no issues, then it’s fine.
