Our company plans to start trial production at the beginning of November. The workers will work in two shifts, working 12 hours and then resting for 12 hours. I believe this approach will lead to fatigue among the workers, posing a risk to safe production. Moreover, hydrogenation is a highly dangerous process; I hope everyone can discuss this issue
If there aren’t too few employees, a three-shift system can be tried

During the startup phase, a three-shift, two-shift schedule will suffice; otherwise, excessive fatigue can lead to problems. Technicians in key positions need to work in two shifts to ensure continuity in production processes and to avoid any issues with command and control.
The workshop supervisor and technicians work in two shifts; those in other positions work in two shifts two days before production starts. Normally, there are three shifts, or for employers with enough funds, four shifts with three shifts per day
