Classification of the fire hazard of the device

Could some teacher please advise whether the fire hazard classification of the control rooms and power distribution rooms in Class V production facilities (which are separate buildings) can be designated as Class V? Which standard should be followed?

Same as the 3rd floor; here too we generally base our decisions on this consideration and classify it as Category C
According to the classification in SHT 3107-2013, control rooms and cabinet rooms are classified as Class D
