Storage tank vent valve specifications

When working on projects abroad, we found that the existing storage tanks, with a capacity of 250 million, had only one vent valve with a DN300 diameter, whereas our SH3007 model requires 4 such valves. I wonder if anyone knows the corresponding standard number for SH3007 abroad? And how do we design?
It’s difficult for a DN300 vent valve to meet the requirements for material inflow and outflow, right?
The specifications and quantity of breather valves depend mainly on the volume of oil flowing in and out. Even if the tank has a large volume but the inlet and outlet pipes are small, resulting in a low volume and flow rate of oil, it may still be sufficient to meet the breathing requirements of the storage tank.
The foreign requirements regarding the installation of breather valves are essentially based on the calculated discharge volume. Of course, if emissions cannot be calculated precisely, corresponding estimates can be considered. The requirements specified in domestic SH/T-3007 are somewhat conservative, which is also in line with the national conditions. For the corresponding international standards, API 2000 can be referred to, which provides specific calculations and estimation methods for vent valves.
