Should the GB6479 standard be used according to its latest version for design?

A problem was identified: in the reference documents for pressure vessels specified in GB150.2-2011, except for GB6479-2000 which indicates a date, the others do not specify any dates. Moreover, GB150.2-2011 explicitly states that only the version with a date is applicable to this document. For reference documents without a date, the latest version applies to this document. The current latest version of GB6479 is 2013. When designing using GB150 and selecting pipes in accordance with GB6479, should the 2000 version or the 2013 version be used?

Once the new standard is introduced, the cover will definitely indicate that it replaces the previous standard; after the new standard comes into effect, the old national standard becomes invalid, and it is necessary to comply with the new standard, unless there are special industry regulations permitting otherwise. According to the normative reference documents on page 39 of GB150-2011, for those reference documents with a specified date, only the version with that date applies to this document; whereas 6479 specifies that it is the 2000 version.
If there are new standards, then those new standards can be used.
The material data sheet required by the new standards can be used, but it must meet the requirements of the old standards; otherwise, approval from the design party for retesting to confirm compliance is necessary.
16Mn is no longer included in the new standard; its name has been changed. This will definitely still follow the 2000 version.

Follow GB150; since there are no changes related to this item in Amendment 1, it should be the current standard
