What qualifications are required to manufacture equipment?

Our company specializes in the production of equipment for handling waste gases. Could those with expertise please advise on what kinds of certifications are required for such equipment manufacturing, in addition to the production license
There are regulations stating that for equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels that require mandatory production licenses, these licenses must be obtained. In the absence of a mandatory production license, follow the standard requirements for the equipment you produce; you can apply to the Technical Supervision Bureau for product evaluation in accordance with those standards.
Is it that kind of inspection for quality control? Or is it necessary to apply for membership in a certain equipment manufacturing management association and obtain a certificate through that association?
Association certifications do not prove your manufacturing capacity, but technical inspection certifications prove that your products are of qualified standard.
Our equipment is of large scale, so it’s quite inconvenient to take it to the Technical Supervision Bureau for product certification. Moreover, our equipment is custom-made and not produced in bulk
Technical supervision includes on-site inspections by the manufacturers, as well as inspections at the sites where the equipment is used. Even for custom-made equipment, there should be manufacturing inspection standards (enterprise standards), which enable evaluation regardless of batch size

There is definitely an impact; that’s why the equipment production cycle includes a testing phase – it’s impossible for equipment to leave the factory without being tested, right? For ultra-large-scale equipment that requires on-site assembly, testing, and inspection, it is also possible to apply to the technical supervision authorities for product certification!
I just saw that the production license seems to be issued by the Technical Supervision Bureau as well, but it says that \"environmental protection and health certificates are required\" – does the environmental protection certificate refer to an environmental impact assessment?
