Please help, write down the detailed steps for me. Skip pre-vulcanization; what should I do next? Please help!
After pre-sulfidization is completed, passivation is required; at this point, water injection should begin. Once passivation is finished, the feed oil should be gradually adjusted, and the closed-loop circulation should be slowly shut down while feeding the material to the distillation unit, until the closed-loop circulation stops completely and all the material is fed to the distillation unit. Sample the product for analysis and adjust the parameters.
After the high-temperature sulfidation of the catalyst was completed, the reaction system was cooled to 280 degrees, and straight-run diesel was used to replace the sulfided oil; the catalyst was passivated with straight-run diesel for 72 hours.
