I wonder if anyone is aware of or has heard of such cases: some companies lay hidden pipes to secretly discharge wastewater into public water bodies or the municipal sewage systems. What do you think about this? How should such a situation be managed?
Such cases do exist, and some have been identified for handling, but the efforts taken are not sufficient. If wastewater is discharged illegally without treatment, fines of tens of millions should be imposed to have any effect.

If the quality of wastewater exceeds the specified standards, the responsible manufacturing companies must be identified, and stricter penalties should be imposed.
