Some people say that certain government civil servants and township officials also belong to the high-risk group. Why is that? High-risk groups refer to those who are prone to work-related diseases, occupational illnesses, and injuries in their professional activities, and/or those who are exposed to high concentrations (intensities) of occupational hazards.
