If you are with your supervisor and you happen to see a violation or someone behaving improperly, what if your supervisor says nothing at that moment? What would you do? Should I say it or not? ;P
Say it, and then watch the leader’s reaction. If the leader speaks first, would that be considered a dereliction of duty?
