In my opinion, whether it is a production-oriented company, a sales-oriented one, or a service-oriented company, a comprehensive, continuous, and reasonable training system is highly beneficial for the company’s development, the growth of its employees, and the improvement of its performance. And a training system cannot do without reward and punishment mechanisms to support it. To help everyone have a pleasant and effective training experience, please share your ideas so that we can all learn from one another. Our company currently adopts a approach that combines regular monthly training with individual experience sharing, but I feel there is still much room for improvement. ~~~~Share wisely, do so with courtesy~~~~

Train the internal energy inward, and strengthen the muscles, bones, and skin outward. Overall, it’s really enjoyable to go on training trips to gain new insights, broaden one’s horizons, and make new friends.
