What are people’s opinions on the profession of property manager?

Has anyone ever worked as a property manager? Is it a stressful job that requires a lot of effort with little recognition?
It’s difficult to work in service industries. . . I once got into a fight with the property management. . So it’s so exhausting for property management staff to deal with all kinds of people. . .
Anyway, size also makes someone a manager
It’s easier to work as a property manager for large, established companies; with others, you’ll work yourself to death without gaining any appreciation.
Managers of small property management companies always get scolded: lol
