Dear friends, our company has observed that the acid production equipment tends to get clogged during the process of converting smelting exhaust gases into acid. After analysis, we suspect that high levels of hydrogen sulfide may be responsible for this issue, as it causes sulfur dioxide in the flue gas to be reduced to elemental sulfur during the subsequent acid production reaction, thereby leading to clogging. Is it the production of acid from flue gases from lead-zinc smelting? Purification indicators, such as dust, fog, water, arsenic, fluoride? What is the temperature drop in the electrostatic precipitator?
For tin smelting exhaust gas, the Canadian Consol process is used for the equipment.
Is there a smelting furnace? Analyze the hydrogen sulfide content in the flue gas from the carbonization furnace.
It is likely that insufficient acid concentration is causing corrosion of the equipment and pulverization of the catalyst; it is advisable to use an ion liquid exhaust treatment system to divert a portion of the flue gas, thereby stabilizing the operation of the sulfuric acid process, which will yield better results
