I would like to ask my colleagues how high-temperature manholes should be designed. Standard manholes as defined by standards generally can only withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees. How should it be designed if the temperature is as high as 600-700? Heat-resistant materials should be used as lining inside the manhole, but how should the specific design be carried out? Another issue is the sealing and leakage of manholes; at high temperatures, gasket materials generally cannot be used. It depends on the specific processing requirements. A lining can be used, which allows the material used for the manhole to be of a lower quality. As for how to do this specifically, the technology is quite mature in the field of catalytic cracking; one could look into that area
For the high-temperature manhole you mentioned, I think we can refer to the design of boiler manholes.
