Design issues of plate-fin heat exchangers

Dear seniors, I have just started working with plate-fin heat exchangers, and I would like to ask you how to calculate the pressure drop in such heat exchangers What are the specific formulas and the applicable operating conditions? Also, I saw some formulas that involve the friction coefficient; how is this coefficient calculated? I would be grateful for your advice! :)
