For example, in the case of 7,500 cubic meters of gas driven by a fan, an external finned heat exchanger can be chosen. If the operating pressure of 7,500 cubic meters of gas is high, an internal finned heat exchanger can be considered. For gas-to-gas heat exchange, the temperature range and operating pressure need to be considered; both tubular-fin and plate-fin types can be considered.

First of all, regarding the volume of the gas you mentioned, it would be better if you could also provide us with information on the mass flow rate, density, and pressure. This way we can understand the properties of the gas more clearly. From your original text, it seems that the gas needs to be cooled; it’s important to know exactly how much it needs to be cooled, from what temperature to what temperature. I assume you first use cold air for cooling, bringing the temperature down to around 25 degrees, and then use water or brine for further cooling. If the pressure isn’t very high, I recommend a plate-fin heat exchanger for the first stage of cooling, and a plate or shell-and-tube heat exchanger for cooling with cold water.
