Registration of Class B boilers

I currently have a heating furnace, which is a Class B boiler. According to the relevant regulations, it needs to be registered before it can be used. I’m not sure what documents are required for registration, as the information provided by the manufacturer is quite limited.
The inspection report from the special inspection agency, the product certification, the notification from the equipment installation company, the pressure vessel registration card, and the page showing your company’s registration code. I vaguely remember it being these things.
