The chemical dosing equipment and associated facilities are in good condition and ready for use, with sufficient water treatment chemicals available. 1) Ensure that the chemical storage tanks are in good condition and ready for use ; 2) Confirm that the chemical dosing pump is in good condition and ready for use ; 3) Verify that the chemical dosing process is correct ; 4) Confirm that the chemical dosing control system is functioning properly ; 5) Confirm that all medications are available. 6 Inspect the sewage tank and its associated facilities 1) Verify that the inlet and outlet processes for the production sewage tank and the domestic sewage tank in the circulating water system are correct ; 2) Verify that the production wastewater lift pump and the domestic wastewater lift pump are in good condition and in standby mode. II. Operate the circulating chilled water pump 1) Ensure that the liquid level in the chilled water tank is within the specified range ; 2) Prepare properly before starting the centrifugal pump ; 3) Confirm the scheduling start command ; 4) Confirm that power is supplied to the motor and it meets the conditions for startup ; 5) Rotate the shaft 3–5 times; it should move smoothly without any obstruction ; 6) Press the motor start button ; 7) Once the pressure gauge indicating the outlet pressure stabilizes, open the manual outlet valve ; 8) The outlet valve should be opened slowly to adjust the pump’s outlet pressure, while monitoring changes in current and pressure ; 9) Adjust the pipeline network pressure to 0.40–0.45 MPa (Note: This is the normal operating pressure; it should be slightly higher during water flushing) ; 10) Confirm that the motor current is below the rated value ; 11) Stop the replacement process when the turbidity of the circulating water, as measured by laboratory analysis, is ≤10 NTU. III. Operation of the cooling tower 1) Verify that the fan is ready for operation ; 2) Confirm that the motor is powered and ready to start ; 3) Slowly open the water supply valve on the cooling tower, and close the low-level valve of the tower basin ; 4) Monitor changes in pipeline network pressure and contact the field operators promptly ; 5) Adjust the opening degree to achieve uniform water distribution ; 6) Control the supply water pressure and return water pressure within the specified range ; 7) Determine the opening degree of the upper tower valve based on the return water pressure ; 8) Decide whether to turn on the fan based on the chilled water temperature ; 9) The liquid level in the cooling tank is kept within the specified range. IV. Water Quality Treatment 1) Installation of monitoring heat exchangers ; 2) Install an automatic dosing system ; 3) Install an automatic sterilization device. V. Operation of the side filtration equipment 1) Verify that the circulating water filtration process is correct ; 2) Slowly open the inlet valve of the sand filter and the air supply valve ; 3) Adjust the opening of the inlet valve to normal. VI. Final Status Confirmation 1) The pump is operating normally, with all parameters within the normal range ; 2) Pressure of the circulating cooling water network: 0.40~0.45 MPa ; 3) Cold water temperature ≤32℃ ; 4) Maintain the liquid levels in the cooling water tanks and sewage tanks within the specified ranges ; 5) The quicksand filter is operating normally.
