(1) Lotus-shaped sprayer: This type of distributor has a hemispherical shell, with numerous small holes on its wall through which the liquid is sprayed. Its advantage is its simple structure, but the downside is that these holes tend to get clogged. Moreover, the spraying range of the liquid depends significantly on the head pressure; therefore, this type of sprayer is generally used in towers with a diameter of 600 mm or less. (2) Porous tubular sprayers: These sprayers typically have small holes with a diameter of Φ3-6mm drilled at the bottom of the tube, and they are mainly used in towers with a diameter of 600mm or less. (3) Grooved distributors are commonly used in large-diameter towers. These distributors impose little resistance on the gas, but they require a super-horizontal installation to ensure that the liquid flows out of the grooves evenly. (4) Screen-hole disk distributor: This type of distributor is suitable for towers with a diameter of 800 mm.
