This process is a new project in our factory; it has not been tried before. The final product is sodium sulfate, and this facility is referred to as the salt production workshop. After a series of processes in the preceding stage, the material is finally filtered using a plate and frame filter press; this equipment is mounted on a steel structure and has a height of 5 meters. The size of the filter cake after filtration is 1m*1m, and it passes through a discharge hopper. The proposed solution at present is to add a screw conveyor to the feeding hopper. The problem is that the filter cake may vary in size after it drops, and sending it directly to the conveyor could cause blockages. Question 1: Is there any equipment that can be connected to the pipeline to crush sodium sulfate before feeding it into the conveyor? 2: Or equipment that can perform both crushing and packaging without the need for a conveyor.
