How should the unit of impurity content in smoke measurement instruments be understood?

The concentration of impurities such as NOX, as indicated by the smoke measurement instruments, is expressed in mg/m3. Does this value of mg/m3 refer to the value under standard conditions or under actual operating conditions? I hope experts can give some advice, thank you!
This is a unit of mass, milligrams per cubic meter, regardless of whether it’s under standard conditions or not
The volume of a gas varies under operating conditions and standard conditions; if the concentration of impurities is to be calculated, the difference in concentrations between these two volumes is quite significant. That’s why I need to determine whether to use operating conditions or standard conditions

The absence of N in the unit indicates that it refers to operating conditions; there is also a total flue gas flow rate, which is calculated by multiplying cubic meters per hour by milligrams per cubic meter, resulting in milligrams per hour. Operating conditions under standard conditions are not relevant here.
