For example: In the case of the Guan Gongyu MTBE/butene-1 plant, which has been in operation for 6 years, training was conducted for one year each at two different locations; I was involved in the initial commissioning of this plant. We will compile statistics based on the responses received and summarize them by industry category. To help everyone find peers. ZF201012: From 1996 to 2003, worked as a residue hydrogenation operator for 8 years; participated in numerous start-up/stop-up operations and accident handling. From 2003 to 2005, served as a hydrogen production engineer for 2 years, organizing multiple start-up/stop-up operations. From 2005 to 2006, worked in the scheduling department for 1 year, coordinating the production operations in Area 1. From 2006 to 2008, was part of the start-up team for 2 years, participating in the start-up of new hydrogen production, hydrogenation, and hydrocracking units as well as diesel hydrogenation units. From 2008 to 2013, continued as a hydrogen production engineer for 5 years, organizing multiple start-up/stop-up operations. Since 2013, has been working in safety supervision for 2 years, focusing on joint facility safety management

A small ant (in chronological order): 750,000 tons per year of crude oil distillation operations started; 5 years have passed. 150,000 tons per year of reforming and semi-regenerative processes started; 2 years have passed. Catalytic cracking operations began after 1 year. Projects for diesel hydrogenation at 2 million tons per year, hydrogen production at 1,000 standard cubic meters per hour, and product refining were initiated; construction of a facility for hydrogenating 400,000 tons of aviation fuel began, with operations starting after that. Projects for hydrogenating 1.2 million tons of gasoline and producing 400,000 tons of gasoline ether also began, with operations starting after their construction
He Guangtao: 24123, 350,000 tons/year continuous aromatization unit – 5 years as chief operator; involved in everything from the infrastructure construction, the first start-up and shutdowns, to achieving stable production and normal operation. 800,000 tons/year continuous reforming unit – 6 months of training (at another company); 1,200,000 tons/year continuous reforming unit – currently in the infrastructure construction phase; actively learning about continuous catalytic reforming units (transferred here). . . . . . ）
