Whose factories have fixed-duty walkie-talkies, and what are the advantages of having such walkie-talkies?
Both internal and external controls of the device are equipped with fixed walkie-talkies. The field staff are equipped with portable walkie-talkies, allowing them to stay in contact with the internal control team at any time while on site.

I think a fixed phone and a portable walkie-talkie are sufficient; fixed walkie-talkies don’t have any particular advantages
It’s not possible for everyone on site to be equipped with walkie-talkies, such as contractors, and fixed walkie-talkies are easier to maintain and manage than portable ones.
