Length of the strengthened section at the large and small ends of the conical shell

Is it necessary for the length of the reinforced sections at the larger and smaller ends of the conical shell to comply with the requirement of a minimum cylinder length (not less than 300)? Everyone is welcome to participate; valid responses will earn you wealth points!!!
It’s not necessary, anyway our company doesn’t consider 300 as a standard
Is there any evidence or something like that???
In my personal understanding, the reinforcement section of the conical head is part of the conical head itself, so. . . However, there is indeed no basis for this, and such an interpretation might be rather far-fetched
Personally, I think the cone reinforcement section should be no less than 300 according to the specifications for the shell.
If the diameter is quite small, there’s no need to add 300mm necessarily.

It depends on which standard you follow; for atmospheric pressure vessels, it seems not necessary!
