I know how much foreign oil products cost in dollars, but how is it calculated to find out how much they cost in China?

This question is basically meaningless; overseas oil trade must be combined with hedging futures transactions. This is because the oil products ordered in a given period usually arrive several months later, and the prices in the international futures market change on a daily basis.
Price of crude oil upon arrival at the plant = CIF price + domestic transportation and handling fees. CIF price = FOB price + ocean freight + ocean insurance
