9.8MPA, 315 degrees, 30 T/H backpressure turbine, with a backpressure of 4.5 barg. Is there?

As the title suggests: Inlet – 30 T/H of slightly superheated steam at 9.8 MPA; Outlet – saturated steam at a back pressure of 0.45 MPA. Is there any steam turbine + generator that can meet these conditions?
It seems to be a quite standard piece of equipment; it is recommended to consult Hangqi, Delansilan, or Elliott. Last year, I conducted technical exchanges with the three companies mentioned above; aside from pressure, almost all other parameters were the same.
The pressure difference between import and export is too large, making it difficult to handle.
